Complex and Estate Garden Maintenance

 

When enjoying complex and estate living, well-maintained gardens and communal living areas are expected. These areas need to reflect the pride that the residents have living in these complexes and we at Pezula Landscapes understand the care that is needed to reflect this.

From the inception of Pezula Landscapes, we have been providing complex and estate garden maintenance and are familiar working with complex body corporates and managing agents, and always look to tailor their individual needs when it comes to conforming to the complex’s and estate’s unique personality.  We also follow the complex’s and estate’s health and safety regulations to ensure that all work undertaken is done to the required standards. We have comprehensive liability cover.

Daily onsite staff is provided and work to a weekly schedule tending to individual units and communal areas, providing the following, but not limited to, services:

• Mowing of lawns,
• Trimming of lawn edges,
• Seasonal pruning,
• Cultivating of flower beds,
• Weed treatment of paving,
• Weeding of flower beds and lawns,
• Splitting and replanting of plants
• Raking and sweeping,
• Fertilizing,
• Refuse removal from site,
• Composting, and
• Mulching.

When larger tasks need to be completed, we are fully equipped and experienced to tackle these jobs, such as:

• Landscaping
• Tree-felling
• Garden edging and cladding and
• Paving
